Make the crust/filling base: In a separate bowl, combine the remaining 1 cup flour, 1/4 cup granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir in the remaining 1/4 cup melted butter until a dough forms. Press this dough evenly into the bottom and slightly up the sides of a 9-inch oven-safe skillet.
