- Fresh Peaches6 cups, sliced
- Granulated Sugar1 cup
- All-Purpose Flour1 1/2 cups

- Unsalted Butter1/2 cup, melted
- Milk1/2 cup
- Ground Cinnamon1 teaspoon
- Ground Nutmeg1/4 teaspoon
- Lemon Juice1 tablespoon

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Butter a 9x13 inch baking dish.

In a large bowl, toss sliced peaches with 1/2 cup sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice. Pour into the prepared baking dish.

In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, remaining 1/2 cup sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Pour melted butter and milk into the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined to form a thick batter.
