Ingredients
- Chicken breast1.5 lbs
- Bell peppers (assorted colors)3
- Yellow onion1 large
- Lime1
- Garlic3 cloves
- Cumin1 tbsp
- Chili powder1 tsp
- Smoked paprika1 tsp
- Olive oil2 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Slice chicken breast into thin strips. In a bowl, combine chicken with lime juice, minced garlic, cumin, chili powder, smoked paprika, 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Slice bell peppers and onion into thin strips.

Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet or cast-iron pan over medium-high heat.

Add marinated chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.

Add bell pepper and onion strips to the same skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, until tender-crisp, about 5-7 minutes.

Return chicken to the skillet with the vegetables. Stir to combine and heat through.

Warm flour tortillas according to package directions.

Serve the chicken and vegetable mixture immediately with warm tortillas and your favorite toppings (e.g., salsa, guacamole, sour cream).
