Ingredients
- Pre-cooked Italian sausage or ground beef, browned1 lb
- Garlic, minced3 cloves
- Tomato sauce24 oz can
- Vegetable broth4 cups
- Water1 cup
- Italian seasoning blend1 tbsp

- No-boil lasagna noodles, broken6 oz
- Ricotta cheese or cream cheese1/4 cup
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnishoptional
