Ingredients
- Spicy Italian sausage, casings removed1 lb
- Package of shelf-stable gnocchi1 (16-18 oz)
- Marinara sauce24 oz
- Shredded mozzarella cheese1 cup
- Ricotta cheese1/2 cup
- Garlic, minced2 cloves
- Dried oregano1 tsp
- Red pepper flakes (optional)1/2 tsp
- Saltto taste

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, cook spicy Italian sausage over medium-high heat until browned. Drain excess grease.

Add minced garlic, oregano, and red pepper flakes (if using) to the skillet. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Stir in marinara sauce and bring to a simmer.

Add the uncooked gnocchi to the sauce and stir to combine.
