  • Pre-sliced beef for stir-fry1 lb
  • Broccoli florets, pre-cut4 cups
  • Beef and broccoli stir-fry sauce (bottled)1 cup
  • Garlic powder1 tsp
  • Vegetable oil1 tbsp
  • Water2 tbsp
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste

Steps

    Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add pre-sliced beef and stir-fry until browned.

    Add broccoli florets and garlic powder to the wok. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until broccoli is tender-crisp.

    Pour in the bottled beef and broccoli sauce and 2 tbsp water. Stir well to combine.
