Ingredients
- Pre-sliced beef for stir-fry1 lb
- Broccoli florets, pre-cut4 cups
- Beef and broccoli stir-fry sauce (bottled)1 cup
- Garlic powder1 tsp
- Vegetable oil1 tbsp
- Water2 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add pre-sliced beef and stir-fry until browned.

Add broccoli florets and garlic powder to the wok. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until broccoli is tender-crisp.

Pour in the bottled beef and broccoli sauce and 2 tbsp water. Stir well to combine.

Continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce has thickened and coated the beef and broccoli.
