Ingredients
- Ground Beef1 lb
- Onion1/2 cup, chopped
- Garlic2 cloves, minced
- Chili Powder1 tbsp
- Cumin1 tsp
- Salt1 tsp
- Black Pepper1/2 tsp
- Water1/4 cup
- Refried Beans1 can (15 oz)
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese1 cup
- Large Flour Tortillas4
- Salsa1/2 cup
Steps

Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess fat.

Add chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Stir in minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add water and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat and cook for 5-10 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken.

Warm the refried beans according to package directions.

Warm the flour tortillas slightly to make them pliable.

To assemble, spread a layer of refried beans down the center of each tortilla. Top with the seasoned ground beef mixture and shredded cheese.

Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then tightly roll it up from the bottom.
