Ingredients
- Ground Beef1 lb
- Taco Seasoning Mix1 packet
- Water1/2 cup
- Canned Black Beans1 can (15 oz), rinsed and drained
- Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese1 cup
- Large Flour Tortillas4
- Sour Cream1/4 cup
Steps

Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain off excess fat.

Stir in the taco seasoning mix and water. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has thickened.

Warm the black beans and flour tortillas.

Assemble by placing a portion of the seasoned beef mixture and black beans onto each tortilla. Sprinkle with cheese.

Fold in the sides and roll up tightly.
