- Ground pork1/2 lb
- Eggs1
- Breadcrumbs, plain1/4 cup
- Milk1/4 cup
- Onion, finely grated1/2
- Allspice, ground1/4 tsp
- Nutmeg, groundpinch
- Butter2 tbsp
- All-purpose flour2 tbsp
- Beef broth1.5 cups
- Heavy cream1/2 cup
- Fresh dill, chopped2 tbsp
- Salt1 tsp
- Black pepper1/2 tsp
- Water1/4 cup

In a bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, egg, breadcrumbs, milk, grated onion, allspice, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Mix gently and form into small, 1-inch meatballs.

Melt 1 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the meatballs on all sides. Remove meatballs and set aside.

Melt the remaining 1 tbsp butter in the same skillet. Whisk in the flour and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly, to form a roux.

Gradually whisk in the beef broth until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring, until the sauce thickens.

Stir in the heavy cream and chopped dill. Return the meatballs to the skillet. Reduce heat to low and simmer gently for 15-20 minutes, or until meatballs are cooked through and the sauce is creamy.
