Ingredients
- Pre-cooked meatballs1 lb
- Butter1 tbsp
- All-purpose flour1.5 tbsp
- Beef broth1.5 cups
- Heavy cream1/2 cup
- Worcestershire sauce1 tsp
- Salt1/2 tsp
- Black pepper1/4 tsp
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish1 tbsp

Heat the pre-cooked meatballs according to package directions. Keep warm.

In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Whisk in the flour and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Gradually whisk in the beef broth until smooth. Bring to a simmer and cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens.

Stir in the heavy cream and Worcestershire sauce. Heat through, but do not boil.

Season the gravy with salt and pepper to taste.

Add the warmed meatballs to the gravy and stir to coat. Simmer for 2-3 minutes to heat the meatballs through.
