Ingredients
- Ground beef1 lb
- Onion powder1 tsp
- Garlic powder1/2 tsp
- Egg1
- Breadcrumbs1/4 cup
- Worcestershire sauce1 tbsp
- Prepared brown gravy2 cups
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Vegetable oil1 tbsp

In a bowl, combine ground beef, onion powder, garlic powder, egg, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into 4 oval patties.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side until browned and cooked through. Remove patties from skillet.

Pour prepared brown gravy into the skillet. Heat through, scraping up any browned bits.

Return patties to the skillet, spooning gravy over them. Simmer for 5 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
