Ingredients
- Flank steak or skirt steak2 lbs
- Fresh parsley2 cups, packed
- Fresh oregano1/2 cup, packed
- Garlic cloves6
- Red wine vinegar1/4 cup
- Olive oil1/2 cup
- Red pepper flakes1 tsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepper

Prepare the chimichurri: Finely chop parsley, oregano, and garlic. Combine in a bowl with red wine vinegar, olive oil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let sit for at least 15 minutes.

Grill the steak over high heat for 4-6 minutes per side for medium-rare, or to your desired doneness.
