Ingredients
- Ground Lamb1 lb
- Onion1/2 large
- Frozen Peas1 cup
- Beef Broth1 cup
- Worcestershire Sauce1 tbsp
- Dried Thyme1 tsp
- Pre-made Mashed Potatoes16 oz
- Saltto taste
- Black Pepperto taste
- Olive Oil1 tbsp

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Finely chop onion.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground lamb and cook until browned. Drain fat.

Add chopped onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Stir in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.

Stir in frozen peas. Cook for 2 minutes.

Transfer the lamb mixture to a small baking dish.
