Ingredients
- Ground beef1 lb
- Onion1/2 medium
- Garlic cloves1
- Beef broth1 cup
- Tomato paste1 tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce1 tsp
- Pre-made mashed potatoes2 cups
- Saltto taste

- Olive oil1 tbsp

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Dice the onion and mince the garlic.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.

Add the diced onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Stir in the minced garlic and tomato paste. Cook for 30 seconds.

Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.

Transfer the beef mixture to a small baking dish.

Top evenly with the pre-made mashed potatoes. Smooth the top or create texture with a fork.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the topping is golden and the filling is hot.
