Ingredients
- Flank steak or sirloin steak, thinly sliced1.5 lbs
- Fajita seasoning mix2 tbsp
- Vegetable oil2 tbsp
- Bell peppers (any color), sliced2 large
- Onion, sliced1 large
- Flour tortillas8
- Optional toppings (cheese, sour cream)to taste

Toss the thinly sliced steak with 1 tbsp of fajita seasoning and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak and cook quickly until browned, about 2-3 minutes. Remove steak from skillet.

Add the remaining 1 tbsp of oil to the skillet. Add sliced bell peppers and onion. Sprinkle with the remaining 1 tbsp of fajita seasoning. Cook until vegetables are tender-crisp, about 5-7 minutes.

Return the steak to the skillet and toss to combine with the vegetables. Cook for 1 minute more.

Warm tortillas. Serve the steak and vegetable mixture directly from the skillet with warm tortillas and your favorite toppings.
