Ingredients
- Pork shoulder (boneless)3 lbs
- Onion, sliced1 large
- Garlic, minced4 cloves
- Smoked paprika3 tbsp
- Cumin1 tbsp
- Chili powder1 tsp
- BBQ sauce (your favorite)1.5 cups
- Apple cider vinegar1/4 cup
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Water1/4 cup

Place the pork shoulder in a slow cooker. Add sliced onion and minced garlic around the pork.

In a bowl, mix smoked paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper.

Sprinkle the spice mixture over the pork.

Pour in the BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, and water.

Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the pork is easily shredded.

Remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks. Return the shredded pork to the sauce in the slow cooker and stir to combine.
