  • Coconut oil1 tablespoon

    Finely chop the pitted dates and mix them with the chopped mixed nuts and a pinch of salt in a bowl.

    Roll the mixture into small balls or press into small shapes.

    Melt the milk chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.

    Dip each date and nut ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring it's fully coated. Place on parchment paper.

    Sprinkle extra chopped nuts on top of the chocolate-coated bites before the chocolate sets.

    Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow the chocolate to harden.
