Ingredients
- Ground beef1 lb
- Sweet potatoes2 large
- Cottage cheese1 cup
- Honey1/4 cup
- Red pepper flakes1 tsp
- Olive oil2 tbsp
- Garlic powder1 tsp
- Onion powder1 tsp

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Peel and cube sweet potatoes. Toss with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, or until tender and slightly caramelized.

While sweet potatoes roast, heat the remaining 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it up, until browned. Drain excess fat.

Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper into the beef. Cook for another minute until fragrant.

In a small bowl, whisk together honey and red pepper flakes to make the hot honey.
