- Sweet potato1 large
- Cottage cheese1 cup
- Honey3 tbsp
- Red pepper flakes1/2 tsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Peel and cube the sweet potato. Place in a microwave-safe bowl with a tablespoon of water, cover, and microwave on high for 5-7 minutes, or until tender. Drain any excess water.
