- Uncooked white rice1/2 cup
- Onion, finely chopped1/4 cup
- Egg1
- Milk1/4 cup

- Black pepper1/2 tsp
- Canned crushed tomatoes28 oz
- Beef broth1 cup
- Worcestershire sauce1 tbsp
- Garlic powder1 tsp

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, uncooked rice, chopped onion, egg, milk, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.

In a large pot or Dutch oven, combine crushed tomatoes, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Bring to a simmer.
