- Apple Cider1 cup
- Brown Sugar1/4 cup
- Dijon Mustard1 tbsp
- Apple Cider Vinegar1 tbsp
- Cinnamon Stick1
- Salt1 tsp
- Black Pepper0.5 tsp

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Pat the pork tenderloin dry and season with salt and pepper.

In a saucepan, combine apple cider, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and cinnamon stick. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10-15 minutes, until slightly reduced and syrupy. Remove cinnamon stick.

Sear the pork tenderloin in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.

Brush half of the apple cider glaze over the pork tenderloin.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven. Roast for 15-20 minutes, brushing with the remaining glaze every 5 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
