Ingredients
- Boneless pork chops4 (1/2-inch thick)
- All-purpose flour2 tbsp
- Button mushrooms6 oz, pre-sliced
- Chicken broth1 cup
- Worcestershire sauce1 tsp
- Butter1 tbsp
- Vegetable oil1 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Chivesfor garnish
Steps

Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Lightly dredge in flour.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear pork chops for 2-3 minutes per side until cooked through. Remove and set aside.

Add butter to the skillet. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until softened, about 4 minutes.

Pour in chicken broth and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, scraping up bits.
