  • Maple Syrup2 tbsp

Steps

    Cut the pork belly into 1-inch cubes.

    In a bowl, toss the pork belly cubes with the pre-made BBQ rub, salt, and black pepper.

    Spread the seasoned pork belly in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

    Roast for 30 minutes.

    While the pork belly is roasting, mix the BBQ sauce and maple syrup in a bowl.
