- Pre-made BBQ Rub1/4 cup
- Salt1 tsp
- Black Pepper1 tsp
- Your favorite BBQ Sauce3/4 cup
- Maple Syrup2 tbsp

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Cut the pork belly into 1-inch cubes.

In a bowl, toss the pork belly cubes with the pre-made BBQ rub, salt, and black pepper.

Spread the seasoned pork belly in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Roast for 30 minutes.

While the pork belly is roasting, mix the BBQ sauce and maple syrup in a bowl.

Remove the pork belly from the oven. Drain off any excess fat.

Pour the BBQ sauce mixture over the pork belly and toss to coat.
