- Lemon zest1 tbsp
- Olive oil3 tbsp
- Garlic powder1 tsp
- Dried mint1 tsp
- Dried parsley1 tsp
- Salt1 tsp
- Black pepper1/2 tsp

In a bowl, combine lamb cubes, lemon zest, olive oil, garlic powder, mint, parsley, salt, and pepper.

Toss to coat the lamb evenly. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes at room temperature.
