  • Olive oil3 tablespoons
  • Fresh lemon1, sliced
  • Fresh parsley2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Fresh thyme1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste

    Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

    Pat swordfish steaks dry with paper towels. Brush both sides with olive oil and season generously with salt and black pepper.

    Place swordfish on the preheated grill. Grill for 4-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Avoid overcooking.

    During the last few minutes of grilling, place lemon slices on the grill to warm and slightly char.

    Remove swordfish from grill. Garnish with fresh parsley, thyme, and serve with grilled lemon slices.
