Ingredients
- Tuna steaks (sushi-grade)4 (6-ounce)
- Olive oil3 tablespoons
- Lemon1
- Fresh parsley, chopped2 tablespoons
- Fresh dill, chopped1 tablespoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Black pepper1 teaspoon

Pat tuna steaks dry and season with salt and pepper.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over high heat until very hot.

Sear tuna steaks for 1-2 minutes per side for rare. Remove from skillet and set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil, juice of half the lemon, chopped parsley, and dill. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
