Ingredients
- Salmon fillet300g
- Puff pastry300g
- Cream cheese100g
- Fresh dill2 tbsp
- Lemon zest1 tsp
- Egg yolk1
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Cook salmon fillet until just done, then flake into a bowl. Mix with cream cheese, chopped dill, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.

Cut puff pastry into small squares.

Place a spoonful of the salmon mixture onto each pastry square. Fold the pastry over to create small parcels or turnovers, sealing the edges.
