- Pre-cooked bacon bits1/4 cup
- Panko breadcrumbs1/3 cup
- Green bell pepper2 tablespoons, finely diced
- Garlic powder1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Fresh parsley1 tablespoon, chopped

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Scrub the clams clean. Shuck the clams, reserving the bottom half of each shell. Discard the top shells and any clams that are open and do not close when tapped.

Arrange the clam shells with the meat on a baking sheet.

In a small bowl, combine the pre-cooked bacon bits, panko breadcrumbs, diced bell pepper, garlic powder, olive oil, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
