Ingredients

  • Zucchini2 medium
  • Onion1/2 small
  • Eggs3 large
  • Feta Cheese1/2 cup crumbled
  • All-purpose flour1/3 cup
  • Milk1/4 cup
  • Fresh Dill2 tablespoons chopped
  • Salt1/4 teaspoon
  • Black Pepper1/4 teaspoon

Steps

    Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line a 20cm square baking tin.

    Grate the zucchini and squeeze out excess moisture.

    Finely chop the onion and sauté until softened.

    In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
