Ingredients
- Zucchini2 medium
- Onion1/2 small
- Eggs3 large
- Feta Cheese1/2 cup crumbled
- All-purpose flour1/3 cup
- Milk1/4 cup
- Fresh Dill2 tablespoons chopped
- Salt1/4 teaspoon
- Black Pepper1/4 teaspoon

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line a 20cm square baking tin.

Grate the zucchini and squeeze out excess moisture.

Finely chop the onion and sauté until softened.

In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.

Stir in the flour until just combined.

Add the grated zucchini, sautéed onion, crumbled feta, and chopped dill to the egg mixture. Mix well.

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking tin and spread evenly.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and set.
