- Leftover mashed potatoes400g
- Fresh spinach or kale150g, finely chopped
- Egg1
- Flour2 tbsp
- Vegetable oil2 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

In a bowl, combine the leftover mashed potatoes, finely chopped spinach/kale, and the egg.
