Ingredients
- Gram flour (Besan)1 cup
- Finely chopped mixed vegetables (e.g., onion, potato, spinach, cauliflower)1.5 cups
- Ginger-garlic paste1 tsp
- Green chilies, finely chopped1
- Coriander powder1 tsp
- Cumin powder1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder1/4 tsp
- Saltto taste
- Wateras needed
- Oil for deep fryingsufficient
Steps

In a bowl, combine gram flour, finely chopped mixed vegetables, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, and salt.

Mix well. Add a little water gradually to form a thick batter that binds the vegetables. The batter should be firm enough to hold its shape.

Heat oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat.

Drop small portions of the vegetable-batter mixture into the hot oil.

Fry until golden brown and crisp, turning occasionally. This should take about 4-6 minutes.
