Ingredients
- Paneer250g
- Frozen Green Peas1.5 cups
- Tomato Puree1.5 cups
- Onion1 medium
- Ginger-Garlic Paste1 tbsp
- Oil2 tbsp
- Cumin Seeds1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder1/2 tsp
- Coriander Powder1 tsp
- Garam Masala1/2 tsp
- Cream (optional)2 tbsp
- Fresh Cilantrofor garnish
- Saltto taste

Finely chop the onion.

Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.

Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent.

Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.

Add tomato puree, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the mixture thickens.

Add frozen peas and water (about 1/2 cup). Bring to a boil.

Add paneer cubes. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Stir in garam masala and cream (if using). Garnish with cilantro.
