Ingredients
- Paneer250g
- Tomato puree400g
- Onion1 medium
- Garlic paste1 tbsp
- Ginger paste1 tsp
- Butter3 tbsp
- Heavy cream1/4 cup
- Garam masala1/2 tsp
- Kashmiri red chili powder1 tsp
- Saltto taste
- Wateras needed
- Oil1 tbsp
- Cilantrofor garnish
Steps

Finely chop the onion. Sauté onion in a pan with oil and 1 tbsp butter until translucent.

Add ginger paste and garlic paste. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add tomato puree, Kashmiri red chili powder, and salt. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add water to adjust consistency. Bring to a simmer.

Add paneer cubes and garam masala. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Stir in heavy cream and remaining 2 tbsp butter. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Do not boil.
