Ingredients
- All-purpose flour (Maida)2 cups
- Potatoes2 medium, boiled and mashed
- Paneer1/2 cup, crumbled
- Onion1/4 cup, finely chopped
- Green chilies1, finely chopped
- Cilantro2 tbsp, chopped
- Garam masala3/4 tsp
- Coriander powder1/2 tsp
- Amchur (dry mango powder)1/4 tsp
- Saltto taste
- Wateras needed
- Ghee or Oilfor cooking

Combine mashed potatoes, crumbled paneer, chopped onion, green chilies, cilantro, garam masala, coriander powder, amchur, and salt in a bowl. Mix thoroughly.

Prepare the dough by mixing flour with salt and water to form a soft dough. Knead well.

Divide the dough and the paneer-potato filling into equal portions.

Stuff the filling into the dough balls, seal, and flatten gently.

Roll out into parathas.

Cook on a hot griddle with ghee or oil until both sides are golden brown and crisp.
