Steps

    Prepare the cheese filling: Crumble feta cheese and mix with ricotta, eggs, salt, and pepper.

    Boil yufka sheets one by one in salted boiling water for about 1-2 minutes until slightly softened. Drain and lay flat on a clean towel.

    Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a baking dish with butter.

    Layer the börek: Place a few softened yufka sheets in the baking dish, brushing each layer with melted butter. Spread the cheese filling evenly over the yufka.

    Top with remaining yufka sheets, brushing each layer with butter and milk mixture.
