Ingredients
- Brewed Coffee1 cup
- Whey Protein Powder (Vanilla or Unflavored)1 scoop
- Unsweetened Almond Milk1/4 cup
- MCT Oil or Coconut Oil1 tsp
- Ice Cubes3-4
- Cinnamon (optional)pinch
