Ingredients
- Tapioca flour (sour)2 cups
- Milk1/2 cup
- Vegetable oil1/4 cup
- Eggs2 large
- Grated Parmesan cheese1/4 cup
- Grated Minas cheese (or mozzarella)1/4 cup
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Cooked shredded chicken (or requeijão cheese)1 cup

Prepare the Pão de Queijo dough as per the Traditional recipe (Steps 1-4).

While the dough cools, prepare your filling. For shredded chicken, season and cook it, then shred finely. For requeijão, ensure it's a thick, spreadable consistency.

Take a portion of the dough (about 2 tablespoons), flatten it in your palm, place about 1 tablespoon of filling in the center, and carefully wrap the dough around the filling to seal it completely, forming a ball.

Place the stuffed balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
