Ingredients
- Cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined, chopped1 lb
- Fresh lime juice3/4 cup
- Red onion, finely diced1/4 cup
- Tomato, seeded and diced1/2 cup
- Jalapeño, seeded and minced1/2 - 1
- Fresh cilantro, chopped1/4 cup
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Avocado, diced (optional garnish)1/2

In a bowl, combine the cooked shrimp, diced tomato, finely diced red onion, minced jalapeño, and chopped cilantro.

Pour the fresh lime juice over the mixture. Season with salt and black pepper.

Stir gently to combine all ingredients. Since the shrimp is already cooked, it only needs to marinate briefly to meld flavors.
