Ingredients
- frozen puff pastry, thawed2 sheets
- ground beef1 lb
- onion, finely chopped1/2 medium
- garlic, minced2 cloves
- scotch bonnet pepper, minced (optional)1/2
- curry powder1 tablespoon
- allspice, ground1/2 teaspoon
- beef bouillon cube, crumbled1/2
- vegetable oil1 tablespoon
- egg, beaten (for wash)1

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

For the filling: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cook until softened. Add garlic and scotch bonnet pepper, cook for 1 minute.

Add ground beef, cook until browned. Drain fat.

Stir in curry powder, allspice, and crumbled bouillon cube. Cook for 1 minute.

Let the filling cool slightly.

Unfold puff pastry sheets. Cut each sheet into 3 squares (or desired patty shape).

Spoon filling onto one half of each pastry square. Fold the other half over to create a triangle or rectangle. Crimp edges to seal.

Place patties on baking sheets. Brush with egg wash.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
