Steps

    In a wok or large skillet, heat 1 tbsp oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic and chili (if using) and stir-fry until fragrant.

    Push the aromatics to one side of the wok. Add the remaining 1 tbsp oil and crack the eggs into the empty side. Scramble the eggs until just cooked.
