- Rolled oats200g
- Apple juice300ml
- Lemon juice1 tbsp
- Granny Smith apples2 medium
- Walnuts75g
- Ground cinnamon1 tsp
- Ground nutmeg1/4 tsp
- Plain yogurt or cream (optional)100g
Steps

Combine rolled oats, apple juice, lemon juice, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl. Stir well.

Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 6 hours).

Toast the walnuts lightly in a dry pan until fragrant. Let cool and chop.
