- Pre-cooked breakfast sausage, crumbled12 ounces
- Shredded Monterey Jack cheese2 cups

- Half-and-half2 cups
- Worcestershire sauce1 teaspoon
- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper1/4 teaspoon
