Ingredients
- Classic French Crêpes batterrecipe above
- Unsalted butter1/2 cup
- Granulated sugar1/4 cup
- Orange juice1/2 cup
- Orange zest1 teaspoon
- Grand Marnier or other orange liqueur1/4 cup
- Butter for greasing panas needed

Prepare the classic French crêpes batter and cook crêpes as per the classic recipe. Keep warm.

In a large skillet, melt 1/2 cup butter over medium heat. Stir in sugar until dissolved.

Add orange juice and orange zest. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.

Gently fold 2-3 crêpes and place them in the sauce. Spoon sauce over them.

Warm the Grand Marnier in a small saucepan (do not boil). Carefully pour it over the crêpes in the skillet.

Ignite the liqueur with a long match or lighter. Let the flames subside.

Gently toss the crêpes in the sauce to coat. Serve immediately, spooning sauce over each crêpe.
