Ingredients

  • Shortbread cookie crumbs1.5 cups
  • Unsalted butter, melted5 tablespoons
  • Sweetened condensed milk1 can (14 oz)
  • Lemon juice, bottled1/3 cup
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting2 tablespoons

    Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.

    In a bowl, mix shortbread cookie crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of the pan.
