Ingredients
- Spaghetti1 pound
- Ground Beef1/2 pound
- Andouille Sausage, sliced1/2 pound
- Butter6 tablespoons
- Garlic, minced3 cloves
- Heavy Cream1/3 cup
- Cajun Seasoning1 tablespoon
- Worcestershire Sauce1 teaspoon
- Parmesan Cheese, grated1/4 cup
- Saltto taste
- Black Pepperto taste
- Green Onions, chopped2 tablespoons

Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup pasta water.

In a large skillet, brown ground beef and sliced andouille sausage over medium-high heat. Drain excess fat.

Add butter to the skillet. Once melted, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Stir in Cajun seasoning and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for 30 seconds.

Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2 minutes until slightly thickened.

Reduce heat to low. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.

Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet. Toss to coat. Add reserved pasta water if needed to reach desired consistency.
