- Medium-fine coffee grounds30 grams
- Hot water (just off the boil)200 ml
- Ice cubes200 grams
Steps

Place medium-fine coffee grounds in a pour-over dripper.

Place the dripper over a carafe or pitcher filled with ice cubes.

Slowly pour the hot water over the coffee grounds in a circular motion, allowing the brewed coffee to drip directly onto the ice.
