Ingredients
- Boneless, skinless chicken breasts4
- Swiss cheese, sliced4 slices
- Deli ham, thinly sliced4 slices
- Dijon mustard2 tablespoons
- Breadcrumbs1/2 cup
- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper1/4 teaspoon
- Olive oil2 tablespoons

Butterfly the chicken breasts or pound them to an even thickness.

Spread Dijon mustard on the inside of each chicken breast.

Top with a slice of ham and a slice of Swiss cheese.

Fold the chicken over to enclose the filling, or roll it up.

Season the outside of the chicken with salt and pepper.

Press the breadcrumbs onto the outside of the chicken.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.

Reduce heat to medium-low, cover the skillet, and cook for 10-15 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted.
