- Cooked chicken, cubed3 cups
- Diced ham1 cup
- Swiss cheese, shredded2 cups
- Cream of chicken soup1 can (10.5 oz)
- Milk1/2 cup
- Butter1/4 cup
- Breadcrumbs1 cup
- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper1/4 teaspoon

In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, diced ham, and 1.5 cups of shredded Swiss cheese.
