Ingredients
- Ditalini pasta8 ounces
- Kalamata olives, pitted and halved1/2 cup
- Sun-dried tomatoes, chopped1/4 cup
- Cucumber, diced1/2 cup
- Red onion, thinly sliced1/4 cup
- Red bell pepper, diced1/2 cup
- Feta cheese, crumbled1/2 cup
- Fresh lemon juice3 tablespoons
- Olive oil1/4 cup
- Dried oregano1 teaspoon
- Fresh mint, chopped2 tablespoons

Cook ditalini pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
