Ingredients
- Chicken breast tenders or thinly sliced chicken breast1.5 lbs
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Garlic3 cloves, minced
- Sun-dried tomatoes1/3 cup, chopped
- Heavy cream3/4 cup
- Chicken broth1/4 cup
- Parmesan cheese1/4 cup, grated
- Baby spinach2 cups
- Saltto taste

Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet.

Add minced garlic and chopped sun-dried tomatoes to the skillet and sauté for 30 seconds.

Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.
